WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS of ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY?

EFT facilitied by a skilled therapist, frequently reduces the therapeutic process from what once took years, to a couple of months or even a few sessions. This saves you a lot of money, and time! While talk therapy is extremely beneficial, Emotional Freedom facilitated therapy can quickly get to the core issues. Any changes you make are much easier to integrate into your life.

Gentle tapping on the meridian acupressure points while discussing issues in a conversational manner, seems to have a balancing effect on the brain. This results in the releasing of blocks that underlie fears, pain, etc.   It usually minimises or settles excessive negative emotions immediately. Clients often feel a sense of lightness, leaving the session with more clarity and settled feelings. Many also experience profound healing at this time.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have been using EFT in my psychotherapy practice for 6 years now. I have found it to be the gentlest, most effective and profound healing ‘tool’ available.  I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing a wide range of issues and life transitions, and I am passionate about educating people in how to create and build loving, conscious relationships with loved ones, colleagues and friends. I am skilled in facilitating more connection and understanding with COUPLES who are experiencing blocks, disconnection and communication challenges.
