I would like to tell you a little about myself so that you can consider if we might be a match to work together.

I have explored various philosophies, practices and teachers on my journey – theosophical, buddhism, taoism, new age thought, earth-based rituals, shamanism and indigenous womens’ lore.  I also benefited greatly from personal psychotherapy for a few years. Further studies in Counselling and self-inquiry in Social Ecology principles, led me to a more meaningful life and inner peace.  I experienced huge transformations by listening to my intuition, reconnecting with the natural world for healing, and surrendering to the NOW.

Previous to my present therapy services, I practised and used a range of alternative healing methods – massage, aromatherapy, flower essences, rebirthing, and energy medicine (qi-gong and reiki).  I then discovered (EFT) Emotional Freedom Techniques which I now integrate in sessions.

My work is grounded from training in energy psychology, applied counselling, ecopsychology, and mindfulness.  I have held groups in the Power of Now and Law of Attraction principles, Four Agreements teachings, Wellness for Women courses. My passion now is to help others to heal their hearts and inspire them to find their ‘way’. Regular meditation and self reflection enables me to come from a place of stillness – living in the beautiful Blue Mountains area, west of Sydney, Australia, supports me to facilitate this fulfilling and sometimes intense work.

My academic qualifications include:
Dip. of Applied Counselling with Distinction (Uni. of Western Sydney)
Dip. of Social Ecology (Uni. of Western Sydney)
Other – studies in Philosophy, Anthropology and Psychology.
