Energy meridians that run through our body can be blocked by unresolved emotions, negative thoughts, or environmental influences. Even old beliefs or family of origin patterns infiltrate into our everyday thinking at an unconscious level, creating negativity and thereby compromising our daily life and potential.
Quite often, people are aware of the events or memories that trigger emotional discomfort, but they have not yet connected those memories to the symptoms of disease in their bodies.
